Playboy's Playmate of the Year 1978Debra Jo Fondren went on to be Playboy’s “Playmate of the year” 1978. The cover picture was taken outdoors on a set built behind the main Hooper studio in Las Vegas.
The cover featured, along with the beautiful Debra Jo, a comb fashioned by accomplished Alaskan sculptor, Josef Princiotta, ( pictured with Debra Jo). The comb includes over 99 erotic faces and characters, the main one, of course, being the famous bunny head. Just like Debra Jo, the comb is a “one of a kind”. Made of pure sterling silver and weighing 17 oz. it was designed especially for Playboy magazine’s 25th Anniversary (1978).
